Today Issac came to my rescue!!Today: Wednesday March 7, 2018 I had a difficult transaction involving traveling from Portland, to Ct, then returning from Mass. to Portland. Your representative, Issac, was amazingly knowledgeable, poliet, and patient with me. I was meeting up with my brother, to travel with me, in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Tx. PLUS! I tried to tackle this tranasction by myself the ....countless hours on the INTERNET until I was so frustrated. Finally called your 1-844-811-1132 and talked to Darius, and we made some arrangement. I asked Darius to email the itinery to me, and waited all afternoon for the message. Additionally, frustrated, I called today, and asked for Darius...I was promised a call back, to no avail. In my opinion Darius dropped the ball big time, not calling me back. Unfortunately, the day before, I spent time on the telephone with Darius...and Darius did not keep his promise, so I kept calling, and waiting on hold for Darius. No answer, no call back.Finally representative, Issac, came on the line. Issac asked if he could help me, and we got ALL THE DETAILS figuered out. Issac, thank you! Hope I can now make the trip successfully. Being almost 74 years old, this day and age we need customer service skills Issac performs. I am an 81 year old travelling alone and quite nervous about that (my husband recently passed away). However my agent "Joanna" was wonderful - she was very helpful & I am reassured that I will be fine. My biggest concern was changing planes. JOYCE ROSS
